I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (Boston, MA) in July 2013.

Was given an initial phone interview, then two separate in person interviews with the person who ended up being my supervisor as well as her supervisor and at least four other people. Everyone was warm and welcoming and asked very difficult but excellent questions. Best interview experience I have had thus far in my career.

Interview Questions

  • Describe your most difficult supervisor, why they were difficult to deal with, how you handled it, what you would have done differently, and what you learned from the experience.   Answer Question

I tried to negotiate a higher salary due to having a lot of relevant experience but because I had never worked in higher education I did not get what I was hoping for, but there was consideration and kindness given to me in the process.
